Absolutely! We first make a sample for your approval before proceeding with production. If there is anything that needs to be changed or polished, we will help you revise the samples unlimited times till you are fully satisfied with the sample.
We ensure every single backer card you receive is perfect. Thus, we enforce a very strict quality control standard and process. We inspect every backer card during and after production.
If you are not satisfied with our backer cards, please let us know what goes wrong and we will refund the money back to you within 1 business day!
